It was bittersweet to have the opportunity to say thank you and goodbye to Commissioner Elin Howe at the Urban Youth meeting. We have worked so closely with Commissioner Howe over the years; her departure feels like the departure of a dear friend. Her tireless and passionate work on behalf of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities will be appreciated for years to come.
