Programs have included a meaningful combination of professional enrichment activities including lectures, site visits and, for business visitors, job-shadowing and internships. With an emphasis on action planning and results-oriented outcomes, ICW has ensured that visitors gain valuable transferable skills that make a difference when they return home.
