Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Inc. (PLAN of MA & RI) and Seven Hills have recently established a new partnership. As a non-profit serving people with disabilities and assisting them with preserving assets, protecting access to public benefits, and living well, PLAN of MA & RI is uniquely qualified to assist people with disabilities through Special Needs Trusts.

Naomi has participated in the “Just Us Girls” program at Seven Hills since the age of 10. She graduated from the “Just Us Girls” program in May 2025. Naomi’s diagnosis of Autism and ADHD impacted her ability to develop social relationships with peers, particularly during her middle school years.
