Strengthening Our Care
At Seven Hills, Special Education Teachers play a vital role in creating dynamic, person-centered learning experiences. These educators develop and implement individualized educational plans tailored to each student’s unique needs and works in partnership with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, and families.
Seven Hills is working to help families navigate the federal funding freeze in funding for SNAP and other benefits in the catchment areas of our Family Resource and Family Support Centers: Lowell Area, North Quabbin Area, North Central Area, South Valley, and Greater Worcester.
