Meet Stephanie, Director of Nursing
"Nursing at Seven Hills goes far beyond clinical care, it’s deeply personal, mission-driven, and transformative."
"I see first-hand what compassionate, specialized nursing looks like for children with complex medical, neurological, and behavioral needs. I’ve witnessed kids, many of whom are nonverbal or dealing with significant challenges, being supported in extraordinary ways."
"Leading the nursing team here has been incredibly rewarding. We’ve rebuilt systems, supported our staff, and created a strong, compassionate team that ensures our children receive the best possible care that gives every child the opportunity to reach their potential. At Seven Hills, nurses don’t just monitor vitals, we advocate, we comfort, and we empower. This work has made me a better nurse and a better human being. If you’re looking for a place where your nursing career can grow while making a real difference, Seven Hills is that place."
