I feel valued, heard, and supported—not just by my immediate coworkers but by the leadership as well. We work together as a team, and that makes all the difference." - Kristen

"One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is witnessing the progress my students make every day. Working in the educational field isn't just about academics. We focus on social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living skills—helping students develop independence and confidence. The bonds we form with our students are incredibly special and seeing them master even the smallest skill is an indescribable feeling of accomplishment. Whether it’s a nonverbal student learning to say “hi” to a friend, a child counting to five, or using the restroom independently for the first time, each milestone is a victory worth celebrating. These moments remind me why I do what I do.” - Kristen
