Adult Day Services

Seven Hills ASPiRE! is the way Seven Hills offers innovative and creative programming for Adult Day Services. It’s how we provide opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and brain injury to develop skills necessary to pursue interests in employment, recreation, and social interaction. With an emphasis on Innovative Lifelong Learning, Seven Hills designed the ASPiRE! model to help people enrich their lives, broaden core competencies, and enjoy a full range of activities while cultivating a network of relationships in and around their communities. The model has restructured how traditional day habilitation, community-based day supports, and workforce readiness & employment services are typically offered by promoting personal choice and self-determination in a dynamic, inclusive, and community-driven environment.

Each day, people's choices include activities in art, technology and media, health and wellness, horticulture, life skills, volunteerism, vocational exploration, work-readiness training, and more. Community partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and volunteers bring a wide range of specialists on-site to teach, learn, and socialize with participants, complementing regular opportunities for meaningful community access and inclusion. Vocational training and supported employment opportunities take place both on-site and in the community. Learning outside the program sites enriches the experience and allows people to explore their interests and community options as they encounter work opportunities and discover their passions. All services are person-centered and promote community integration, helping each individual develop their personal, social, and vocational skills to live successfully in the community.
