Providing Skilled Medical and Clinical Care in a Beautiful Residential Setting

Opened in 2015, the Seven Hills Pediatric Center at Hopedale is a 12-bed, state-of-the-art residential group home supporting children and young adults (ages 0-21) with complex medical needs. Licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care, the program provides high-quality care for youth who are in the care of the Department of Children and Families (DCF). Referrals for placement are accepted from hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and the DCF.

Located in a quiet, close-knit small-town suburb, Seven Hills offers a familial atmosphere that prioritizes both excellent medical oversight and a sense of normalcy. The facility is conveniently situated one street away from Milford, MA, providing quick access to a community hospital and Emergency Department.

Providing Comprehensive Medical & Clinical Care for Children

Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that every child receives individualized and collaborative support:

Medical Management: Nursing and direct care staff manage daily medical care plans and coordinate all appointments and transportation.

Provider Collaboration: We prioritize coordination between medical and community providers to ensure the highest standard of care.

Family Support: A Medical Social Worker works closely with families and DCF staff to maintain positive connections and rapport.

Continuum of Services: We support successful transitions back to the community through reunification, adoption, or transition to adult services.

Community Integration & Activities Offer Rich Life Experiences

We believe that every child deserves a life filled with rich experiences and social inclusion:

Education: All children attend school within the community to foster societal integration and inclusion.

Enrichment Activities: Staff plan diverse outings and events, including trips to the zoo, accessible parks, the New England Aquarium, and various shows like Disney on Ice.

Holiday Traditions: Children participate in annual traditions, such as visiting Santa and wearing themed Halloween costumes.
