Seven Hills Foundation

Unparalleled Compassion and Care in Rhode Island

Seven Hills Foundation’s Rhode Island Child and Adult Services supports over 1600 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the state of Rhode Island. The programs deliver a comprehensive, lifespan continuum of community-based supports designed to promote independence, stability, and full participation in community life.

Services span early intervention through adulthood and aging, including adult day health and day services, respite, behavioral health supports, supported and supervised residential options, shared living, self-directed services, conflict-free case management, and supported employment. Specialized programs also serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring responsive care as needs evolve over time.

All services are delivered within a person-centered, trauma-informed framework that emphasizes choice, dignity, and individualized planning. Residential and community-based supports range from 24-hour supervised settings to semi-independent and family-based living arrangements, offering flexible options that align with individual preferences and levels of need.

Seven Hills operates in full compliance with state and federal requirements and is licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health, the Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals, Executive Office of Health and Human Services, and the Rhode Island Department of Human Services. This strong regulatory foundation, combined with deep community partnerships and an experienced workforce, positions Seven Hills to deliver high-quality, accountable, and sustainable services that respond to the diverse needs of individuals and families throughout Rhode Island.
