Whether working directly with a caregiver or coordinating services with a child-serving agency, we’re committed to ensuring that every child and family is able to find the program or service that will best address their needs, in the timeliest way.
We offer Behavioral Health Counseling in home and community settings, in our residential programs, and from outpatient clinics located in four key Central MA communities — Gardner, Southbridge, Milford and Worcester. Our highly trained clinicians can assist children, adolescents and families with a wide range of behavioral health issues, in both individual and group counseling sessions. Our masters and doctoral mental health clinicians are trained in multiple evidence-based practices.
We have a long and successful history of partnering with the Department of Children and Families to provide comprehensive therapeutic and out-of-home services to children and families in the care of the Department. From community-based supports and clinical services, to short and long-term stabilization, we are confident in our ability to serve these youth and their caregivers during very challenging times.
We contract with the Department of Youth Services (DYS) within their Worcester, Webster, and Fitchburg offices to deliver high-quality, community-based services and supports to children involved with DYS. Our Resource Developers and Site Support Specialists work jointly with the DYS casework staff to ensure that DYS clients receive the services and supports they need to become productive members of their communities.
For those children who must be removed from their families for a longer duration of time, our Comprehensive Foster Care program offers a safe and caring home. Youth receive case management services, individual and family counseling as warranted, and support for all basic needs such as transportation, advocacy, and medical attention. YOU, Inc. foster parents receive comprehensive training and support, and work closely with our case managers to ensure the safety and well-being of these vulnerable children.
