Helping youth and families to heal and flourish
Seven Hills Foundation offers a comprehensive network of programs supporting at-risk youth across central Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Seven Hills is dedicated to providing youth with opportunities to reach their potential and create a brighter future.
In outpatient, residential, and home and community-based settings, we provide outstanding clinical services that meet the diverse needs of youth and their caregivers. Our programs demonstrate our dedication to wraparound services, behavioral health care, and careful care coordination. Our outcomes consistently surpass national averages.
We believe that every student can succeed, and our programs help promising young people to complete high school and move on to higher education or vocational training that leads to self-sustaining employment.
