Seven Hills Foundation

Supporting Families and the Children They Love

Seven Hills Foundation has been providing high-quality childcare since 1876 with unique and innovative programs that assist families striving to achieve self-sufficiency through a successful life-work balance.

As part of the Seven Hills mission, the goal is to provide the highest-quality day care, social, and wraparound services designed to strengthen families and individuals, build healthy relationships, and promote self-sufficiency throughout Central Massachusetts. This mission is supported through a variety of options:

Our award-winning Child Enrichment Center in Fitchburg and Early Childhood Learning Center in Worcester provide group-based childcare for children up to age five and accept both private pay and subsidized childcare vouchers. Seven Hills also coordinates Family Child Care, providing home-based child care in small-group settings for children ages 6 weeks-10 years.

As the state's largest provider of Child Care Resources and Referral, Seven Hills is a single point of access for child care subsidy management services and child care provider information and referrals.

Seven Hills also invests in the early education workforce through the Center for Childcare Careers, which supports educators with professional development planning, credential attainment, and career advancement. This workforce focus strengthens program quality and sustainability across the region’s early learning system by designing creative programs to expand the culturally responsive childcare system.
