Thank you for your interest in referring to Seven Hills Behavioral Health. We are able to accept referrals from the public for the following behavioral health services: outpatient therapy, in-home therapy, intensive care coordination, and therapeutic mentoring.

Outpatient Therapy

Outpatient therapy includes individual, family, or group therapy services which occur at one of our clinics. Outpatient therapy is often the starting point for youth and families accessing behavioral health services for the first time. Services typically occur weekly. Seven Hills Behavioral Health operates outpatient clinics in: Milford, Southbridge, and Worcester.

In-Home Therapy

In-Home Therapy

In-home therapy is a stabilization service intended for children experiencing crisis-level symptoms and behaviors. Services are provided in the child’s home, at least twice per week, and require participation of the child and caregiver in every session. Seven Hills Behavioral Health offers in-home therapy in communities throughout Central Massachusetts with focuses on the Southbridge and Worcester areas.

Intensive Care Coordination

Intensive Care Coordination

Intensive care coordination is a community-based service which helps children with serious mental health needs and their families to access, obtain, and coordinate supports and services across home, school, and community settings. Services are provided in the youth's home or in the community, often several times a week, and require participation of the child and caregiver(s). Seven Hills Behavioral Health is the Community Service Agency providing intensive care coordination for families in Southern Worcester County (Milford to Southbridge).

Therapeutic mentoring - community-based service

Therapeutic Mentoring

Therapeutic mentoring is a community-based service that helps children meet existing behavioral health treatment goals through one-on-one skill-building experiences. Therapeutic mentoring referrals may only be made by an outpatient therapist, in-home therapist, or intensive care coordinator currently working with the youth being referred. A current CANS evaluation, treatment plan, and clinical assessment are required at time of referral. Seven Hills Behavioral Health offers therapeutic mentoring in communities throughout Central MA with focuses on the Southbridge and Worcester areas.
