Organizational Overview
Seven Hills is nationally recognized for its leadership in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injury, while also addressing critical gaps in behavioral health, substance use, education, family stabilization, and childcare for underserved communities. It operates more than 235 program locations across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. All programs are grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered practices that promote choice, inclusion, and long-term stability.
To strengthen organizational effectiveness and better support individuals and families, Seven Hills Foundation transitioned from an affiliate model to a divisional organizational structure in January 2026. This strategic shift enhances coordination and service integration, allowing the Foundation to respond more effectively to community needs, align resources across service lines, and ensure consistent quality and outcomes systemwide.
