Dawn Lane discovered her work’s passion in 2012, when she rerouted her career pathway to the Young Parent Living (YPL) Program at You, Inc. Dawn was completing her Human Services coursework at Quinsigamond Community College, when she began interning at YOU, Inc.’s Alternative to Lockup program. She continued volunteering after earning her degree, but what she really needed to earn was income. From preparing promising students for college, to helping those who’ve dropped out of a traditional high school but want to complete their degree, young people are encouraged to see and achieve their potential.

Born in Uganda, African native Warren Kilonzo grew up in Malawi before moving to California in 1997, to reconnect with extended family. There, he continued his education, completing courses in psychology at Loma Linda University. Eventually, the prospect of thriving job opportunities; long, bleak winters; and even more extended family lured Warren to New England. Gary Cornwell has been an exemplary addition to the Seven Hills workforce since he was hired as an aide/behavioral counselor at Stetson School in May 2018.
