KJordan-smSeven Hills Foundation, one of the largest nonprofit health and human services agencies in New England, has announced that Executive Vice President and CEO Dr. Kathleen M. Jordan has been selected by the Board of Directors as the organization’s next President and CEO, effective July 1, 2023.

“Dr. Jordan’s passion for the work of Seven Hills and the care provided by our 4,800 employees is extraordinary,” said Seven Hills and Affiliates Board Chair Charles P. Conroy.  “She has been an integral part of our success and that, combined with her in-depth knowledge of the organization and her deep commitment to those we serve, made her the obvious choice for this crucial role.  No one is more able and prepared to continue the work we have before us than Dr. Jordan.”

Dr. Jordan joined Seven Hills in 2003 and served as Vice President of Advancement from 2006 to 2010.  In 2019, she was promoted to Executive Vice President and CEO of Seven Hills with the primary duties of overseeing the daily work of the organization’s 15 affiliates.

“I am humbled by the opportunity to lead this great organization that is filled with people who share my deep commitment to the individuals we serve,” she said.  “I have experienced firsthand the amazing growth of Seven Hills over the last 19 years as we have expanded and adapted our services to meet the needs of people across New England.  We will continue to move Seven Hills forward, driven by compassion, creativity, and innovation.”

In her new role at Seven Hills, Dr. Jordan will continue to be responsible for quality assurance and program improvement, risk management, Medicaid Demonstration Projects, the Seven Hills Research Center, and the Institutional Review Board (IRB).  Dr. Jordan has been with Seven Hills Foundation for the past 19 years.  She frequently speaks on issues related to HIV/AIDS, Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and Data Analytics.   In addition to her role at Seven Hills, Dr. Jordan is an adjunct professor at Central Michigan University where she teaches Strategic Philanthropy, Health Informatics and Communication and Substance Abuse Services and varied health and human services topics.
