The Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Office of the Attorney General has awarded Seven Hills ASPiRE! $36,500 to support our Workforce Readiness and Employment program. The Seven Hills ASPiRE! Workforce Readiness & Employment Program provides a pathway to employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and brain injury by providing individualized and person-centered soft skills training and a variety of vocational training models including internships. Thanks to the Office of the Attorney General, 30 participants in Devens, Milford, or Worcester will receive 20-30 hours of paid internship opportunities, including staff coaching support. We are so excited about the future employment opportunities that this paid experience will bring to our Workforce Readiness and Employment program participants!
