YOU, Inc. would like to thank the Diocese of Worcester and the St. Vincent Community Healthcare Fund for their recent generous grant of $1,500 to support the Carriage House Grief Support Center. Youth who are grieving feel “different” and isolated because they rarely know other kids like themselves. No one likes to feel different, especially young people, and thus their already devastating grief is compounded. The Carriage House is a place for children and teens who have lost a parent, primary caregiver, or siblings to be with their only real peers- other grieving kids. Thank you, Diocese of Worcester, for helping grieving youth in our community come together to heal!
