At just 27 years old, Haylee Ouellette leads a human services program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her career journey began as an unpaid high school intern at Seven Hills and has evolved into leadership of a $1.2 million program that supports more than 40 individuals and supervises over 20 employees.

In 2024, Haylee assumed leadership of a day habilitation program serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with complex medical needs. Under her direction, the program:
