Dear Seven Hills Community,

Throughout Seven Hills Foundation, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are the backbone of our work. Our DSPs have chosen to answer their Call to Care by sharing their passion and talents with Seven Hills and the people we have the privilege to support.

This is National Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Week 2026, a time to honor the dedicated work of DSPs who support individuals with disabilities in achieving independence and community participation.

Our DSPs’ attention to each person, honoring their abilities, and encouraging each to share their gifts, provides immeasurable confidence and joy in people’s lives.

Seven Hills Foundation is so fortunate to have over 2000 DSPs working with people across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. They work through days, nights, weekends, and holidays—all to ensure that each person lives a healthy and full life.

We continue to advocate to Congress and our state legislators to ensure a fair and competitive wage for all DSPs, recognizing the vital work they do to care for the people who need us most.
