Meet Angel Figueroa, a Residence Director at Seven Hills

“I joined Seven Hills nearly six years ago because I was inspired by its mission and commitment to helping others. Starting as a Direct Support Professional, I've grown into the Residence Director role, and I am grateful for the support and opportunities that have helped me advance along the way.

What inspires me most is helping people move forward in their lives. One of my proudest moments was supporting two people with brain injury as they transitioned to Community Living services, gaining greater independence and building lives in their community. Seeing that kind of progress is a powerful reminder of why the work we do work matters.
