At Seven Hills Rhode Island’s East Killingly Road Program, Nathaniel supports people in making informed choices, building independence, and participating in their communities. His person-centered approach, calm leadership during crises, and willingness to help cover staffing needs have made a lasting impact on both the people he supports and his colleagues.
As a Clinical Supervisor in Child and Family Services, Mandy has helped children and families achieve measurable goals while mentoring and developing new clinical supervisors.

Seven Hills Foundation, in partnership with Open Sky Community Services, has received funding through the Commonwealth Corporation Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund to expand the Human Services Career Support (HSCS) Program into additional regions of Massachusetts.
The HSCS Program is a proven workforce development initiative that has helped nearly 200 participants begin careers in health and human services. The program has achieved a retention rate of more than 80% after one year.

The program focuses on helping unemployed and underemployed individuals, including immigrants, new arrivals, and other underserved populations, secure meaningful and long-term employment.
Seven Hills will expand the program into the Cape and Islands region, creating local career pathways while helping address workforce shortages. Open Sky Community Services, as the lead applicant, will expand services into the Metro South/West region, including Wrentham.
Together with workforce, community, and cultural partners, Seven Hills and Open Sky are helping strengthen the workforce, support employers, and increase economic mobility through meaningful employment opportunities.
