The Worcester Business Journal has selected Haylee Ouellette, Program Director at Seven Hills ASPiRE!, as a member of its prestigious 2026 40 Under 40 class, recognizing emerging leaders making a significant impact across Central Massachusetts.
At just 27 years old, Haylee Ouellette leads a human services program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her career journey began as an unpaid high school intern at Seven Hills and has evolved into leadership of a $1.2 million program that supports more than 40 individuals and supervises over 20 employees.
In 2024, Haylee assumed leadership of a day habilitation program serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with complex medical needs. Under her direction, the program:
Beyond her work at Seven Hills, Haylee founded and coached a Special Olympics Massachusetts volleyball team in Milford, leading the team to a gold medal at the state games. She also provides weekend respite support for individuals with disabilities and their families.

The Clinical and Leadership Pathway Program, a partnership between Seven Hills Foundation and Open Sky Community Services, recently celebrated the graduation of its sixth cohort.

The Crotched Mountain School community recently celebrated the graduation of Michael, recognizing both his academic achievement and personal growth.
During his time at Crotched Mountain School, Michael achieved significant progress in learning, communication, and employment skills. His accomplishments led to him being named Student of the Year prior to graduation.
Michael also built valuable workplace experience at a local movie theater, where he became a respected and valued member of the team.
Known for his positive attitude, determination, and kindness, Michael became a beloved member of the Crotched Mountain community. A devoted Michael Jackson fan, he was celebrated during graduation for his perseverance, confidence, and ability to overcome challenges.
