Remember, Educate, Celebrate Black History Month

Written by Diversity and Inclusion Council | Feb 10, 2022 2:11:29 PM

We celebrate the legacies, accomplishments, and contributions of Black and African Americans across history. This is a time for continued action to tackle racism, ensure representation and celebrate black heritage all year round. To honor this significant day, we recognize African Americans who have impacted not just the country, but the world with their activism and achievements, whose lives and careers have paved the way for future generations. Black history is being made every day, in all kinds of ways.

Seven Hills staff members of the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Council work to honor and celebrate the diversity and inclusion of our 4,000 staff members who bring their enriched cultural experiences and unique perspectives to our organization. Our Core Values of Respect and Kindness, Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation and Service to others guide this work. As the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Council, we pledge to help the organization understand and integrate DEI initiatives into every aspect of the work environment.
