He received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science but changed his career path and came to the US with his wife and two friends after they all received offers to work with Seven Hills. He shares that as a Puerto Rican coming to the US for the first time, he was nervous and afraid of discrimination. However, he has found the work culture to be super accepting and welcoming over the years. He hopes to pay it forward by helping other international employees feel the same way when receiving them, ensuring they can safely travel or access accommodation, and adapt to the culture in the US.
