Introducing this week's Staff Champion, Natasha Frazier.

Natasha is a Residential Nurse for Adult Health Services at Seven Hills Rhode Island. She oversees five group homes and is responsible to ensure the smooth operations at those locations. She provides logistical support wherever needed and communicates with patients as well as other staff members to meet their needs.

Natasha went to school for nursing, and always knew she wanted to pursue this field. She also had an interest in learning more about mental health. She has been working at Seven Hills for 3 years now and has learned that no matter how often she organizes her to-do list for the next day, there will always be unexpected commitments that will arise and need her attention. Thus, she shares that to thrive in her role “one must be very flexible and open to adapting to circumstances as they change”. Thank you for all your hard work, Natasha!
