What's Happening - Seven Hills Foundation

Continuing to enhance and expand our expertise

It has been one year since we brought together the Seven Hills Affiliates of Stetson School, YOU, Inc., and Children’s Friend to share expertise and combine our clinical operations to broaden the efficiencies of the scope of our Behavioral Health services. We have also included our long-standing affiliate, Seven Hills Behavioral Health, and its essential public health work in southeastern Massachusetts. Over the last year, we have worked hard to integrate much of the work of these affiliates into a new, expanded, Seven Hills Behavioral Health to respond to the growing, critical need for behavioral healthcare to the most vulnerable in our community. At the same time, we have worked to stabilize our congregate care programs at YOU, Inc. and Stetson School at a time when vulnerable children increasingly need intensive care.

As we continue to enhance and expand our expertise and further cement our place as a leading provider in child, adolescent, and family services, we have determined that we need to tweak our Affiliate structure. This move will enable us to bring together all our outpatient, home, and community-based programming. This new structure will be housed under Seven Hills Behavioral Health and will be led by Anne Fine, LICSW, as the Vice President of Seven Hills Behavioral Health. Annie has been with YOU, Inc. for 17 years and has been instrumental in creating our new integrated behavioral health system. Anne has served as the Director of Outpatient Services, Vice President, and most recently as Sr. VP/Director of Clinical Services. Her leadership during this transition has been exceptional.

All our congregate care programs, educational programming, and adoption services will remain under Joseph Allred, J.D., M.S. as Vice President of Children’s Congregate Care, who brings many years of leadership at Stetson School. Before becoming Vice President in 2014, Joe was Stetson’s Program Director and Assistant Vice President. Joe has extensive experience with program licensing, state procurement, and state and federal regulations; and he works extensively with state human-service authorities on the placement of youth across New England, New York, and the Mid-Atlantic region.

As always, thank you for your continued great work and enthusiasm as we continue to grow and meet the needs of families.
