Project Flourish assists entry-level early childhood workers in preparing to qualify to become classroom teachers in Massachusetts (MA). Leslie has been selected as one of 10 educators nationally to participate in [Bank Street  **Learning Starts At Birth**'s new Apprenticeship Action Research Fellowship.](https://www.bankstreet.edu/our-work-with-schools-and-communities/bank-street-education-center/learning-starts-at-birth/apprenticeships/action-research-fellowship/) This work contributes to the goal of strengthening investments in our workforce to create more equitable and high-quality early childhood systems.
