For many years, the Fletcher Foundation has provided generous support to Dynamy Youth Academy. That vital partnership has continued in 2022 with a recent grant of $10,000 to fund year-long programming in this five year, after-school leadership and college access program. Youth Academy serves first-generation high school students who demonstrate strong academic potential and college aspirations. Using an integrated approach that combines robust academic supports with leadership training, community service and internship opportunities, and comprehensive college planning, our students are well-positioned for acceptance to outstanding colleges and universities in New England and beyond. We are grateful for the long-time support of the Fletcher Foundation, which has helped to promote equal access to an exceptional education for hundreds of students in Worcester.
