Despite limitations and restrictions in place because of COVID-19, participants of Seven Hills ASPiRE! Workforce Development and Employment Readiness program have been making strides at the workplace this past year. Seven Hills ASPiRE!’s community partner, Berkshire Bank, recently gave $6,000 towards our efforts to keep individuals safe and healthy while gaining work experience. During this time, ASPiRE! participants are taking part in a hybrid model of in-person and remote supports in order to engage in meaningful job training and employment opportunities. Generous giving from Berkshire Bank will enable ASPiRE! to invest in technology and equipment that will make our hybrid programming even easier for participants and our staff. We’re so thankful for community partners, like Berkshire Bank, as we continue to navigate through the pandemic while keeping the people who we support safe.
