Thank you, Berkshire Bank, for the recent generous award of $10,000 to support our programs, including our ASPiRE! Workforce Development and Employment Readiness Program. Our Workforce Development and Employment Readiness program supports over 200 individuals annually and embraces the “Employment First” model to prioritize employment in integrated community settings for people with disabilities. Participants develop their soft skills and learn job skills, including interviewing skills, money management, career planning, to help them achieve their employment goals.
