Seven Hills Aspire! Day Habilitation program in Devens celebrated its 20th anniversary this past October. To celebrate the staff and program, cake was provided by Maribeth Fisher, Assistant Vice President of Seven Hills Aspire!.
The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts recently awarded Seven Hills ASPiRE!, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, a 2019 Activation Fund Grant in the amount of $109,903 to create a new job training program with sustainable farming as a potential career track for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
VSA Massachusetts is pleased to share that they have received a $60,000 grant from the Liberty Mutual Foundation. This award will be used toward VSA Massachusetts’ COOL Schools program at eight different Boston Public Schools for the 2019-2020 school year.
The Mass Cultural Council has awarded VSA Massachusetts (VSA MA) $11,900 from their Cultural Investment Portfolio. This generous funding will assist VSA MA in continuing to increase access to the arts for people of all abilities.
The Digital Federal Credit Union Foundation, DCU for Kids, has awarded Seven Hills Family Services with a generous $6,000 grant award towards the Just Us Girls program. Just Us Girls uses evidence-based curricula that are specifically designed for individuals with disabilities to explore important topics.
