Two-­Year Strategic Plan

Seven Hills Foundation Releases Two-­Year Strategic Plan in January
Every two years, Seven Hills Foundation undertakes a thorough analysis of its present position and future direction. The following seven (7) goals  represent the vision and hopes of Seven Hills Foundation and Affiliates. The goals are reflections of comments from our volunteer Board members, employees throughout the organization, and desires expressed by individuals to whom we offer clinical and other supports. This plan, “Renewing Our Vision,” is Seven Hills Foundation’s organizational map. This map assists in charting the organization’s course ahead, and focuses its efforts in pursuing its mission of “promoting and encouraging the empowerment of people with significant challenges so that each may pursue their highest possible degree of personal well-being and independence.”
 
Goal #1: Seven Hills Foundation will establish a robust and comprehensive “management information system (MIS)” infrastructure that fully meets all current and future clinical, business and analysis needs of the organization.
 
Goal #2: The Seven Hills Foundation Human Resources Office will recruit and retain a quality and diverse work force by offering competitive salaries, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and providing quality training opportunities.
 
Goal #3: Seven Hills Foundation will review its current “corporate architecture” as a means of assessing the relationship between the organization’s administrative structure and the demands of the current/future health and human services environment.
 
Goal #4: Seven Hills Foundation will implement a comprehensive communications strategy, directed at internal as well as external audiences, that is consistent with the mission and values of the organization.
 
Goal #5: Seven Hills Foundation will design and implement an enhanced “funds development” program adequate to support the value-added initiatives of the Foundation not currently reimbursed through either state or federal sources.
 
Goal #6: Seven Hills Foundation will continue to further its stated mission/vision, while concurrently improving its financial integrity, by reviewing all current programs for programmatic and financial synergy and promoting new service offerings which add value to the organization and its varied stakeholders.
 
Goal #7: Seven Hills Foundation and its operating Affiliates will passionately continue in their commitment to offer the highest quality clinical and programmatic services to all children and adults served.
 
Along with these seven goals, the strategic plan also included twenty-one (21) objectives that if accomplished would allow for Seven Hills to reach these stated goals.
