Supported Employment
Facility Based Employment
A significant component of CareerSource is the facility-based sub-contract work in which our participants complete a variety of tasks for various companies throughout the region, at the Worcester facility. Our participants are proficient in a broad range of tasks including all aspects of assembly, packaging, and mailing. At the facility in Worcester we operate a full shipping and receiving department and are able to efficiently accommodate the needs of the varied businesses we work with.
We are always expanding the list of businesses that we partner with and have many success stories that have been part of that business to CareerSource partnership. We are confident that we can provide quality, timely delivery of many aspects of the work you may currently be doing in house, or sending out at a higher cost basis.
The CareerSource Director is able and eager to discuss with you further how the individuals supported by Seven Hills Foundation and Affiliates can provide your company with a high quality finished product, or a seamlessly completed task, that will meet and we believe exceed the demands of your business and that of your vendors. And, we are able to provide these project-based services at a very attractive labor to project ratio.
