Seven Hills Clinical Associates
School Support and Transition Program
Seven Hills Clinical Associates has established a highly regarded and sought after program alternative, one designed specifically for older adolescents and young adults.
The School Support and Transition Program is located at the Transitional Education Center located at the Carl Gordon Lodge in Worcester. The transitional program is built around the premise that all young people need to learn life skills and vocational skills so that they may reach their full potential and realize all of the benefits of being a member of and contributing within the community and workplace.
The School Support and Transition Program, using both center and community based teaching locations, provides students with an individualized program in which to develop a myriad of necessary skills, all while participating in a rich overall school and community experience. The program goal is to assist each student to successfully navigate this transitional period in his or her life.
