Seven Hills Clinical Associates Children's Residences As part of the Seven Hills Foundation goal of providing a continuum of support and services to individuals with disabilities, Seven Hills Clinical Associates currently offers a residential home option to individuals between the ages of 14 and 22 in eight locations. Children’s homes are located in Worcester, Lunenburg, Leominster and Haverhill. Residential homes are designed to offer a comfortable, safe, structured home life to young people who require additional support to fully benefit from their school program. The houses that make up the Seven Hills Children’s Residences are warm, inviting, comfortable places that reflect the interests of the students currently in residence. Children’s Residential Homes generally support a maximum of five residents. Most residents will have a single bedroom, although some prefer to share with another person. The Seven Hills trained staff are capable, caring, conscientious individuals and are able to offer a quality, nurturing home experience to the students in their care. Residents of our homes attend either Seven Hills Academy, or in the case of our Haverhill home, the TEACH program located closer to their residence. After attending a regular school day, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., students return to their home for snack and free time. Shortly after, each student will work toward achievements outlined in their Individual Education Plan (IEP). Afternoons are spent pursuing recreational and social endeavors; students enjoy outings to the local parks, pools, and other community settings. The staff throughout Seven Hills Clinical Associates and at the Children’s Residential Homes work closely with the school program, local school district, and families of the students, to ensure that the goals of the family and case management team are met. The rapport that develops on behalf of the young people in residence is critical to their success in school, home and the communities they will transition to in the future.
