Dignity by Design Capital Campaign

FAQs

How much money are we raising?

We will be raising $3 Million. This campaign represents the first phase of the Pediatric facility renovations and expansion.

What will this money be used for?

The money raised will be used to renovate and expand the current overall facility, the school, and physical therapy rooms.

How does this project help the children?

The current physical structure was built in 1951 and no major renovations have been made to the property for decades. The age of the structure, the need for the children to live the remainder of their lives in a home-like setting, and the demands for more resident and school placements led to this campaign. Currently, our residents the children live four to a room in rooms designed to accommodate two people. After the renovation, the children will share a room with only one other person.

The facility itself will not look like a hospital, and will feel like a home with cheerful colors, plants, and with common living rooms on each floor.
