Dignity by Design Capital Campaign Update
The expansion and renovation of Seven Hills at Groton is going smoothly. The steel framework is in place and the building is taking shape. The support of the community has been tremendous with nearly $900,000 raised to date from families, staff members, corporations, foundations and friends of Groton. A few campaign highlights include:
• A family who has provided a $30,000 naming opportunity for their child,
• An anonymous donor who provided $50,000 to name the courtyard in memory of a former employee,
• A gift from Middlesex Savings Bank,
• A $100,000 bequest from the Estate of George Progin,
• A gift from Flagship Bank which makes the new Dining Room possible,
• A gift from WalMart, Boston Area Stores, which makes the Playground a reality.
During the next several months, we will be reaching out to the community to continue raising funds for Groton.
We look forward to our grand opening and to the successful completion of the first phase of the Seven Hills at Groton capital campaign. For more information on the campaign, visit www.sevenhills.org, where donations are now able to be made online on our secure site, or contact Kathleen Reville, Capital Campaign Director, at kreville@sevenhills.org.
