A Culturally Diverse Workforce
Celebrated at Seven Hills Foundation
Seven Hills Foundation's newly formed "Workforce Diversity Committee" recently held a kick-off meeting to discuss a plan for the seamless integration of a growing, diverse workforce into the organization. As an active recruiter of individuals with multi-cultural backgrounds, Seven Hills Foundation is leading the way in recognizing the need for the mutual education of "corporate culture" and the unique cultural qualities of every nation that new -- and existing -- employees represent.
During the meeting, a "brainstorming" session resulted in the creative exchange of ideas to recognize and celebrate the heritage and lifestyles of the individuals that embody the unique work environment that represents Seven Hills Foundation. Initiative steps are being taken to develop workforce diversity policies and the committee will develop a plan to implement their ideas in subsequent meetings scheduled in the future.
