Seven Hills Foundation Hires First Chief Learning Officer for Corporate College
As the Corporate College expansion to 81 Hope Avenue takes shape, so have the plans surrounding the management of this new endeavor for employee training and retention. Part of the planning has included the search and recent hiring of a Chief Learning Officer. Although the position of a Chief Learning Officer is new to Seven Hills, the position is one that is regarded as critical for organizations of similar size interested in developing and maintaining a strong base of qualified employees.
David Jordan has announced that Peter Tamulis, Jr. of Worcester will be joining the management team as Seven Hills’ first Chief Learning Officer. With over twenty years of experience in training, organizational development, and human resources; Mr. Tamulis comes to us from FLEXcon in Spencer, MA. Prior to that, Peter was the Assistant Commissioner for the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind.
