Seven Hills Foundation Receives
Highest Accreditations!
Seven Hills Foundation has just been awarded a “Two Years with Distinction” state certification from the Massachusetts Department of Mental Retardation. Seven Hills is the only large provider of care ever given this level of certification for three consecutive, two-year cycles.
Seven Hills at Groton received a rating of 131 out of 132 for their Survey Performance Tool from the Department of Public Health, Division of Health Care Quality, which places them in the top four percent of all nursing homes nationally.
CARF International announced that Seven Hills Family Services has been accredited for a period of three years for its CareerSource, Day Habilitation, Adult Day Health, and Shared Living Programs. This represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization, and shows the organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest quality, measurable, and accountable.
