Seven Hills Foundation Welcomes New Vice President of Human Resources
Worcester, Massachusetts –February 2008: Seven Hills Foundation, a statewide health and human services organization headquartered in Worcester, Massachusetts with a workforce of over 2,000 welcomes its newest senior manager, Marilyn Flores, Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Flores has an extensive background in human resources and benefits administration. As the former Director of Human Resources for the Town of Stratford, Connecticut, she demonstrated strong skills with regard to recruitment and staffing, developing workforce diversity strategies, and employee and labor relations. She additionally served as the Personnel Director for the City of West Haven, Connecticut, where her responsibilities included all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment and staffing, collective bargaining, and contract administration. Ms. Flores received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Fairfield University and her Doctorate of Juris Prudence from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She also holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolutions from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations and is fluent in Spanish.
