Family Counseling Center
The Children’s Aid & Family Service Family Counseling Center (FCC) provides a broad range of services for families - including focused psychological treatment, psycho-educational groups, family mediation, therapy groups, medication management, and counseling through the Employee Assistance Programs. Our clients are dealing with everyday issues such as angry teenagers, communication for couples, alcohol issues for individuals and their families, depression, and anxiety. By using the latest solution-oriented counseling techniques, we can provide therapy and education to meet the many needs of our clients efficiently and effectively. All clinicians are Masters Level educated and independently licensed.
The Family Counseling Center offers expertise and services in the following areas:
- Counseling for Individuals, Children, Families, and Couples
- Psychiatric Evaluation & Prescription Monitoring for our clients
- Group Therapy
- Community Consultation and Education
- Stress and Anxiety Reduction
- Depression Screening and Treatment
- Treatment of Families in Transition/Step-Families
- Grief and Bereavement Treatment
- Treatment related to Trauma
- Treatment for Substance Abusers and their Families
The Family Counseling Center offers additional services including:
- Employee Assistance Program
Counseling services to help employees deal with personal problems that may be affecting job performance or causing stress. We also provide wellness and stress management seminars in the workplace.

We adhere to all legal and ethical obligations of a client's right to confidentiality.
Payment Options
We are providers for most insurances and EAP's. An adjusted fee scale is available. Credit cards are accepted.
