Gifford Street Opioid Treatment Program offers services including:
- Substance Abuse Assessments and Treatment
- Dual Diagnosis/ Psychiatric Services
- Methadone Maintenance
- Outpatient Detoxification with Methadone
- Physical Examinations
- Laboratory Services
- Case Management Services
- Drug Testing
- Community Education
- Services provided in English or Spanish
Fees
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurances. Sliding fees available, depending upon state funding.
In conjunction with its methadone services, Gifford Street Opioid Treatment Program provides individual, group and family counseling for a variety of issues including:
- Prevention and Relapse Prevention
- Parenting Skills
- Family Conflict
- Grief and Loss
- Trauma
- Interpersonal Relationships
- Depression, Anxiety, and other Mental Health Issues
- Domestic Violence
- Sexual Orientation
- Gay/Lesbian Services
- HIV Pre/Post Counseling and Testing and Living with Chronic Illness
- Life Skills Development
Gifford Street Opioid Treatment Program also offers psychiatric services including assessment for medication and follow-up.
Gifford Street Opioid Treatment Program is partially funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
