Seven Hills Clinical Associates has established a highly regarded and sought after program alternative, one designed specifically for older adolescents and young adults.

The School Support and Transition Program is located at the Transitional Education Center at the Carl Gordon Lodge in Worcester. The transitional program is built around the premise that all young people need to learn life and vocational skills so that they may reach their full potential and realize all of the benefits of being a member of and contributing within the community and workplace.
