From Hospital to Home

Seven Hills Pediatric Center provides short-term care for children, regardless of cognitive level, who require 24-hour medical support and rehabilitative services. Our nursing staff will provide hands-on training in wound dressing, gastrointestinal tube feeding, and medication management, as well as demonstrate the proper usage of advanced technical equipment that families need to become comfortable with. Staff works with each family to develop an individual transition plan to move the child from hospital to home. Our goal is your goal: to get your child home as quickly as possible.
