Family Support Center
Seven Hills has provided family supports for more than 25 years. The Family Support Center’s main objective is to provide a natural connection between individuals, their families and the community. We seek to provide a variety of options to families of individuals with disabilities that enable them to network with other families, have ready access to information and other resources, and feel supported while navigating the community and social service system. Supports are provided by Family Support Brokers who work one-on-one with families to develop an individual plan. Services include information and referral, family training, parent networking, community connections and resources, and administration of flexible funding.
