Adult Residential Programs

Seven Hills Foundation has a number of residential options for adults with developmental disabilities in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Through community-based supports, we strive to increase the personal control and independence of the individual with disabilities, and contribute to his or her highest quality of life for each person. Seven Hills provides:

  • 24-hour residential supports: Supporting people in the community with 24-hour staff overnight in a home with other individuals.
  • Community Supports/Supported Living: Providing supports to individuals who live on their own in the community and require less than 24-hour support. Supports can vary from assisting with finances, providing transportation, coordinating Personal Care Attendants, direct support, food shopping, etc.
