For the 9th straight year, Seven Hills Pediatric Center has received a deficiency-free rating from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and the U.S. News & World Report has ranked the Pediatric Center as one of the top nursing facilities in the country with a consistent 5-star rating.

But we don’t stop there. Internally, Seven Hills continually assesses all areas of service overseen by the Director of Data Analytics and Quality Enhancement, including a Balanced Score Card program, team monitoring review process, ongoing case record reviews, and an integrated electronic health record system. Seven Hills also conducts Annual Satisfaction Surveys in all of its programs. Participants, family members, guardians, and funding agencies are all asked to provide feedback on the quality of services provided by Seven Hills Foundation and Affiliates, which is continually reviewed.
